Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences (AUAS), also known as The Hogeschool van Amsterdam, is a higher education university that was established in 1993 and is located in the city of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and associate degree programmes in the English language.
The university is home to just under 50,000 students, with a healthy portion of these being international students. Amsterdam is known to be a friendly and cosmopolitan capital city, where English is widely spoken, and people from all over the world study and work happily alongside each other. The Amsterdam Fashion Institute (AMFI) is also part of Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
