The MA Educational Leadership and Management programme has been developed for education and public sector professionals who are aspiring to their first leadership position. This Masters will provide you with the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in a wide range of leadership and management theories and frameworks.

The programme draws on the outstanding specialist research within the Faculty's world-leading Education and Social Research Institute, providing students with the most relevant theoretical knowledge they need to underpin their practice. This process includes critically analysing models relating to change management, organisational culture and the impact of leadership on organisational effectiveness. Students will study theories of leadership and management and apply them to their own workplace

We welcome non-EU international applications for the full-time route and students are supported at every stage by MMU International.

For further information on the full and part-time routes, please contact Caroline Davies, c.davies@mmu.ac.uk
