All international Master’s students who come to Nijmegen for an English-taught Master’s degree programme will be guaranteed housing, provided their request for admission to the Master's programme was received before the deadline for the service package, and the International Office has received the letter of acceptance from Student Affairs. Housing contracts are offered for a one-year period.
If you need a visa (MVV) to come to the Netherlands, the International Office cannot start looking for a room until after confirmation has been received from the IND that your MVV has been approved. This application process may take up to 2 months.
Please note that registering for the service package does not imply that you will be admitted to the Master’s programme.

Service Package: visa, housing and social activities
The International Office of Radboud University provides a special service package for international students who are enrolling in English-taught (Master’s) programmes, including visa, housing and social activities. Our university strives for the highest quality, also with our services.
You will be guaranteed housing in Nijmegen when you apply before the deadline. Most student rooms are located within a few kilometres of the university and can be easily reached by bicycle or bus. The rooms are furnished and you usually have the room all to yourself and share the kitchen/bathrooms.
We offer these services because we realise that it is not easy for you to arrange everything from your home country and we want to make your stay in Nijmegen as pleasant as possible!
