About MSc Psychology, MSc - at Regent's University London

The MSc Psychology* covers all of the key sub disciplines of psychology, and provides extensive training in research skills related to psychology.

This programme will provide you with a broad overview of the subject, promoting critical appraisal in relation to psychological models, theories and methodologies.

You will conduct practical research exercises and will produce a substantial research-based dissertation in an area of psychology of your choice.

This course will be accredited by the British Psychological Society and therefore confers Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC).**

Entry requirements

A minimum of a lower-second class (2:2) UK honours undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from a recognised institution. In most cases English and Maths at GCSE level are required. Exceptional Entry: we welcome applications from candidates who do not meet the essential entry criteria outlined above. In order to be accepted for exceptional entry, you must: Provide a 1000-word personal statement outlining your reasons for applying, and how your previous experience is of relevance to the programme you are applying for; Be prepared to attend an interview with the Postgraduate Admissions Panel. Other international qualifications, as recommended by the National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC) will also be accepted. For those applicants whose mother tongue is not English, we also require evidence of English language proficiency. Please refer to our website for further details.
