Whether you're a recent graduate or you feel you could benefit from enhancing your employability and personal development, this course will enable you to plan and manage your career plans more effectively. You will learn some essential tools and techniques to increase your employment prospects and prepare you for the modern world of work.
This course is particularly suitable for graduates who may not currently be in employment or who feel they are underemployed. Alternatively, anyone with an undergraduate degree may wish to study this to improve their career management prospects.
Our online tutors will help you to critically evaluate your skills, strengths and attributes and identify and develop theoretical and practical knowledge to manage your career and personal development.
Building the confidence to push on with your career
During this 10 week course, you'll learn how to articulate and present your strengths and attributes during interviews and when making applications. These skills will help you to demonstrate how you can add value to an organisation and why you should be employed over other candidates.
