Introduction

The needs of prospective students seeking quality, career focused, competitively priced degree programmes. The needs of top employers - increasingly frustrated by graduates lacking the proper breadth and depth of skills. As an organisation, QA has been at the forefront of talent development for more than two decades. We are the UK's leading learning provider, educating and training 100,000 people a year, with more than 5,000 clients, including 80% of the FTSE 100 so we were ideally placed to understand and address those needs.

We developed a partnership with the University of Ulster to deliver degree courses that are directly relevant to students' employability. In the process we have attracted faculty members with significant up-to-date experience in the business world. We have also established purpose-built teaching facilities that prepare students properly for the professional atmosphere and technological environment they can expect when they commence their careers.

Employability. Affordability. Dependability. This is where it all comes together.

Campuses

London Campus

Students gain valuable insight into the inner workings of one of the most progressive and diverse cities in the world. London is still regarded as the world's centre of finance and it was recently placed ahead of New York as the centre of global capital flows and financial services. London's strong economic position allows for many opportunities for part-time employment for students who are able to undertake part-time work to help them to either put what they have learned into practice or supplement their living expenses.

London is one of the world's cultural centres, with over 200 museums (twice as many as Paris or New York), many of them are free to visit, as well as hundreds of historic buildings, concert halls, theatres, thousands of acres of park land, many sites of scientific interest and four world heritage sites.

Birmingham Campus

Birmingham has undergone an impressive period of visual changes over recent years. The famous and iconic Bullring shopping centre has been redeveloped. In addition, shopping centres such as The Mailbox and Pavilions provide additional excellent facilities with a range of outlets for every budget. There are many museums in Birmingham, containing collections of local and national significance. Birmingham is also home to the Birmingham Royal Ballet and the Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and Symphony Hall is regarded as one of the finest concert halls in Europe. With four major theatres, all regularly showing West End shows direct from London, Birmingham has something for everyone.

Birmingham also contains a wealth of history - Shakespeare's home of Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry and Warwick are all nearby. Bournville is home to the world famous chocolate producing company Cadbury's, and more importantly Cadbury World. Sarehole Mill is reputedly the inspiration for Hobbiton in JRR Tolkien's Middle Earth collection. Birmingham has great sporting facilities. Aston Villa and Birmingham City are the two flagship football teams with West Bromwich Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers also nearby.
