You can choose to study an Undergraduate business degree in either International Hotel and Resort Management or International Event Management. We also provide Postgraduate courses, which include Masters Degrees in either International Hotel Management or Global Business Management.
Undergraduate students live and study on our Practical Learning Centre, Leura campus, which has a close international community with people from over 50 nationalities. The campus is operated as a simulated hotel where students are both staff and guest, experiencing an environment preparing them for entering the hospitality industry. The 3rd year of the degree is completed at our Sydney campus in the heart of the city.
Blue Mountains Bachelor Degree programs are completed in just 2.5 years enabling students to graduate faster, but importantly with the knowledge and skills the industry demands. Students must complete 2 industry placements, lasting 6 months each, which adds valuable experience gained from real working situations.
Postgraduate students study at our Executive Business Centre, Sydney campus, which is a purpose designed modern corporate environment with state of the art equipment. Our Sydney campus is in the heart of the city close to transport links, international hotel and restaurant chains and iconic attractions such as the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
Master degree programs integrate a 6 month Industry Placement / Work Integrated Learning within the curriculum, providing valuable industry knowledge and experience. The international hotel management, Master Degree is the only course of its kind in Sydney, providing a unique qualification.
