COURSE OVERVIEW
Using a range of modules from CEM’s BSc(Hons) programme, you can choose subjects to help you study for the RICS APC pathway most appropriate for your experience.

If you already have a degree qualification and have worked in the industry for nine years, this course takes you to RICS Membership. Entry requirements

If you have a degree qualification and nine years’ experience, you may be eligible to undertake this one-year CEM programme which, on completion, meets the RICS Membership 450 hours of study criterion. Although covering modules from the BSc(Hons) programme, this route does not result in a BSc(Hons) award. The suitability of your existing degree and prior experience must be approved by RICS before you can submit an application to CEM.
