COURSE OVERVIEW
Using a range of modules from CEM’s BSc(Hons) programme, you can choose subjects to help you study for the RICS APC pathway most appropriate for your experience.

Who should study this course?
If you already have a degree qualification and have worked in the industry for nine years, this course takes you to RICS Membership. It’s for those who appreciate the value of demonstrating their professional excellence,; offering reassurance from all you come into contact with in your professional life that you’re capable of helping to make a difference at the highest level.

PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

The programme is made up of selected modules in different areas of specialism from CEM’s BSc(Hons) programme, as shown below.

You are required to select an area of specialism and then complete three modules within your selected specialism.

Entry requirements

If you have a degree qualification and nine years’ experience, you may be eligible to undertake this one-year CEM programme which, on completion, meets the RICS Membership 450 hours of study criterion. Although covering modules from the BSc(Hons) programme, this route does not result in a BSc(Hons) award. The suitability of your existing degree and prior experience must be approved by RICS before you can submit an application to CEM.
