About Business Administration with Marketing, BA (Hons) - at University of Greenwich

This exciting programme develops the competence, skills and attitudes appropriate to management and marketing careers in business. The focus is on promoting students to management positions in advertising and marketing companies or to marketing positions in the private sector. The programme has strong practical elements that aim for a practical, relevant and localised skill-set alongside the broader analytical capabilities developed throughout the programme. In addition to the wider remit, this programme will also provide you with extended opportunities to gain knowledge in digital economy subject areas like IT and e-commerce with particular reference to applications in digital marketing.

This programme aims to prepare you for a career in business and management. It develops a systematic, broad, analytical and integrated understanding of, and capability in, key aspects of business.

Management at Medway Campus

Our Faculty of Engineering and Science, located on the Kent coast less than an hour from London, offers a range of business and management degrees to set you on the road to leadership.

Outcomes

The aims of the programme are:

  • To provide you with a strong foundation of the basic principles in business along with managing marketing and advertising
  • To give you an appreciation of the effect that technology has had, and is likely to have, on marketing and advertising
  • To enable you to apply scholarly knowledge and theoretical tools to practical issues and problems of applied marketing.
