Drive DEI to influence positive change
Fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces has been a high priority for many organisations over recent years and there are no signs of this focus shifting anytime soon. With so much work still to be done in the DEI space, 45 per cent of Australia and New Zealand respondents to a global study say their investment in DEI will increase in the next financial year.*
Delivered 100% online, the Master of Human Resource Management (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) explores tools, strategies and frameworks to create thriving organisations where employees feel supported to grow. With a focus on wellbeing, sustainability, leadership development techniques and people-focused frameworks and practices, you will learn how to drive success in organisations where culture complements business strategy, allowing you to create genuine impact and guide future-focused transformation, no matter the industry.
Enhance your competitive edge as you apply for senior and specialised roles with the opportunity to graduate with a second specialisation. Choose electives across our Leadership and Organisational Development and Human Resource Analytics specialisations to deepen your knowledge across broader HRM practices.
General admission requirements
To be eligible for the Master of Human Resource Management (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion), you must have a recognised bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) with a credit average (65 per cent or higher) as determined by the UNSW entry calculator.
