The distance learning programme Master Business Systems at the Hochschule Wismar, University of Applied Sciences: Technology, Business and Design.
The four-semester distance learning Master programme provides connections in the areas of informatics and management, as well as the ability to apply the scientific methods and knowledge in practice.
The study also aims to develop of intellectual and social competences. The international character of the distance learning programme is enhanced through the implementation of the English language.
The international master programme seminars and workshops comprises of focussed lectures in Cape Town Southafrica.
After completing the studies you will be in the position of leadership responsibilities in the areas of management, planning, strategic development, product development, production and marketing. As a graduate, you will receive an internationally recognised academic degree Master of Business Systems (M.BS.).

The semester fee of 2,850 EUR covers all your relevant study services. This includes study materials (relevant course books and literature), examinations, as well as the attendance events including conference beverages and lunches. On request we offer the tuition fee payment by installments.

The state encourages your continuing education through individual tax reductions. Depending on your personal income and your professional situation, you can claim your distance education costs as tax exempt for business expenses or extra expenses, and can get completely or partially reimbursed. For further advice please contact your tax advisor or your responsible tax authority.
Financing by the Employer
Many businesses support further training of their employees through exemption or financial support. Within the framework of individual agreements, there is the possibility to integrate your qualification into the individual personal development plan.
To be admitted to the distance learning Master Business Systems programme, two requirements are to be fulfilled:
University degree (Bachelor, Master, Diploma (FH), Diploma) obtained from a national or international university (first degree in the area of business or economic sciences), as well as
Minimum of one year’s relevant professional work experience * after the first professional qualification
Applicants whose native language is not English have to
demonstrate, through appropriate documentation, that they can complete their studies in English
* Students with a 6-semester graduate degree, with a total of 180 ECTS points must also proof 1.5 years (total of 2.5 years) of relevant professional work experience.
